RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds can only be given on full price products that are returned within
the policy time of 14 days & in the correct condition.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from YSW, however, we understand there are circumstances where things just aren't quite right or that you might change your mind. We are able to offer a refund for any unwanted items that are returned to us in a new, unworn and saleable condition with the original packaging and all YSW garment tags and labels still attached.
Please send an email to ysw.customerservice@outlook.com notifying us of wanting to make a return. Providing the order number, name of the recipient on the order and the address written on the order, whilst also stating the title of the item you are wishing to return
We do not offer exchanges. Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply returning our item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received and checked the item. If the product has been returned with defects, stains or not off commercial value, that is not of our fault. The item will be sent back to the address provided on the order of that item and a refund will not be possible.
If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you got 14 calendar days to return an item, the return period starts from the day you receive the order. If the item is returned past the 14 day window your return will be rejected.
Please ensure your return is sent using a tracked service with a note including the details of your return.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
Returns are at the cost of the customer. You may use any courier you wish; however, you are entirely responsible for the returned goods until they are signed for at our warehouse. We advise that returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that a proof of postage is obtained, in the unlikely event that these should go missing in the post. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for returns that fail to arrive with us and where no proof of postage/tracking is available
We aim to process all returns/refunds within 21 days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days, however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer.
