1.REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Please contact us about the request of a refund by email first. Please State;
-Product name and code
-The reason why refund or return is desired.
If you're requesting a refund, our policy is:
a) We will issue a full refund on the price that was paid for the product within the 14 days for reasons such as the item not fitting. However please take the fact the we may reduce the refund. This can be caused if the products was treated in a way that would not be a acceptable to sell in a shop, this can be generated by the fact it was:
- Stained (Makeup Stains, Grease, Dirt, or any other substances as such)
- Dry Cleaned
- Loose stitching or any other reason as to why we feel it can no longer be used for retail.

Although we will refund you the price in 14 working days of us receiving the unwanted items enabling us time to inspect and discover if the product has been mistreated by any of the above.
Your Secret Wardrobe does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 14 calendar days to refund your items because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.
2. FAULTY GOODS

-Picture of the fault
-Description of the fault
(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).
If you contact us via the 'Contact Us' form please have an image of the faulty item ready as proof for when you receive a reply, as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.
3. CANCELLING A CONTRACT UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS
If you’re a customer in the EEA, you receive 14 days to cancel your contract with us,
This two week period starts from the day after you have received your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – just fill out this form where you’ll also find details on how to return your item(s).
